XIIIth SCAR Biology Symposium Announcement

The 13th SCAR Biology Symposium will be held in Christchurch, New Zealand, from July 31 to August 4, 2023.

Applications will be accepted from all scientific disciplines in the fields of environmental management, governance, science-policy interactions, Indigenous perspectives, and tourism as they relate to the Antarctic region. Interdisciplinary studies will also be accepted.

Applications are currently open.

Application Deadline: March 21, 2023

Announcement Date for Accepted Abstracts: April 18, 2023

Conference Dates: July 31 – August 4, 2023
