Devices such as cell phones, computers, cameras, cameras, external memory sticks, voice recorders, etc. are not allowed inside our institution. When entering the institution, such devices are received by the relevant security personnel at the information desk.

a. Corporate Purpose Visits:

For visits to be carried out in a way to penetrate the areas covered by confidential project work and confidential information, documents, materials or projects, the following information must be submitted to the relevant institutional authority 21 working days in advance:

Purpose of the visit,
Facility to visit,
Date and duration of the visit,
Visitor information (place and date of birth, Turkish ID number, passport number if foreign, nationality, institution/company information, position in the company),
The number of the personal security certificate, if any, and its degree of confidentiality.

Within the scope of this information, a visit permit request is made to the Ministry of National Defense Technical Services Department, and if deemed appropriate, the visit is carried out.

b. Visits for Commercial Purposes (product promotion, tenders, purchases, etc.):

Visits and meetings outside the scope of confidential project work are held in meeting rooms located in the consultation and lobby areas of the buildings.
