Turkey has been a member of the Antarctic Treaty System since 1996 and continues its intensive scientific activities. This year, TÜBİTAK MAM Polar Research Institute participated in the 43rd ATCM meeting hosted by France online and shared our country's research in Antarctica. Countries in the ATCM play an important role in protecting the continent and shedding light on science by developing their cooperation. In this context, the joint video work prepared by France, UK, Korea, Japan, Malaysia, Chile, Ukraine, Uruguay, Uruguay and Turkey was published simultaneously as of 17:00 (Turkey Time) today.
